HELLO!

I am Debbie...I am a Herbalist

Hello and welcome to Find the Thyme! We work mainly with people who need support with anxiety, stress, hormonal dysfunction and digestive issues. Working collaboratively with people over several weeks or months depending on the support needed. Ideally what we aim to achieve is autonomy, you are in control of your health, we are here to guide you and give you the tools you need to get back on track.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is the eclectic assembly of several disciplines and the holistic consideration of all parts of a person, their environment and their interaction within that environment. All aspects are considered before making assumptions or decisions about your imbalances and potential support requirements. So basically speaking, we ask you loads of questions so we can put together a road map of where you've been, where you are and where we would ideally like you to be. Yes we trawl through your diet with a fine tooth comb but don't worry if we need to make a food plan it won't be all spinach and chick peas I promise!
